Dear KACE Customer
Regarding this recently detected issue, our Development Team is actively working on this, and focused on solving it as soon as possible, however, we don't have an estimated time of arrival for a solution, however we know as a workaround, an upgrade to version 13.2 will solve the situation since the KACE Systems Management Appliance 13.2 uses a new certificate and the new agent is not affected by this behavior.
