How to edit the default Error Log filter list for new SQL Server agents (4375587)

We would like to add some items to the ignore list for all of our SQL Servers. We know how to do it for individual servers by selecting them then going to Settings | Administration | Error Log Filtering but updating the settings there doesn't apply to new servers.

Is there a way to edit the default list?

The following steps can be used

1. In Administration > Agents > Agent Properties, expand DB_SQL_Server and click DB_SQL_Server below it.
2. In the right panel, scroll down to the area that reads Error Log Scanning and click the Edit button.
3. A popup will appear named "DB_SQL_Server - ErrorLogFilter". They can use this to Add a new row, Delete a row, or click the word true to enable or disable a filter.
4. Then click the Save button to save the changes. The popup will close to return back to the page.
5. Then click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the page. A popup message "Save success, all the changes will apply to selected agents." (if anything else was changed) or "nothing changed" (if only the Error Log filter was changed here) should appear.
